FACT Oregon

FACT Oregon offers a variety of services and resources to support families raising children experiencing disability.  Services include one-on-one family support, trainings and events, educational tools, peer support, advocacy and community building.

Jackson County Developmental Disability Services

Jackson County Developmental Disabilities Services provides specialized service coordination to individuals who experience intellectual and developmental disabilities. They assist eligible individuals with getting K Plan services, adult protective services, family support, and employment.

Jackson County Early Intervention / Early Childhood Special Education (EI/ECSE)

Jackson County Early Intervention/Early Childhood Special Education (EI/ECSE) services are family centered and are provided for children ages birth through five. They provide services, information, and resources at no cost while supporting families in their roles as the primary decision makers regarding their child’s early intervention experience.

Kaleidoscope Play & Learn Groups (KPL)

FREE Kaleidoscope Play & Learn (KPL) Parent & Child Playgroups groups that offer parents and other caregivers the opportunity to support their children's early learning and build relationships with other families. Ages 0-6, Drop-in, no registration needed! Siblings are always welcome and encouraged at the playgroups.

Preschool Promise

Preschool Promise is a free preschool program for eligible families serving children 3-5yrs old. Children are provided free meals and snacks during their school day.

Southern Oregon Head Start

All children, including those with special needs, are given opportunities to learn and to grow, socially, emotionally, and physically. They also receive free healthy meals and snacks, health, dental and developmental screenings and enjoy playing and learning in a safe, educational setting with qualified, caring teachers.
