Columbia Care offers a variety of programs aimed at supporting individuals with behavioral health needs. Services include supportive and integrated housing, residential treatment programs, veterans housing and reintegration services, outpatient services, crisis services, intensive case management, rental assistance and education and employment support services.

Community Works' Transitional Living Program (TLP)

Community Works’ Transitional Living Program (TLP) is for ages 16 to 25. It provides safe housing for young people while they continue their education, learn life skills and work. TLP is available for youth with or without children of their own.

Hearts With A Mission

Hearts With A Mission provides a range of flexible, accessible, and integrated services for runaway and homeless youth and their families. These services include a youth shelter for individuals aged 10-17, a Transitional Living Program for those aged 18-21, a Safe Families for Children Program for individuals aged 0-24, and an Independent Living Program for youth experiencing foster care.

Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCV)

The Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCV) provides safe, sanitary, affordable rental housing for very low-income families throughout Jackson County. HCV makes decent housing affordable by assisting families with the portion of the rent exceeding 30% of its monthly income.

Magdalene Home

Founded on Christian teachings, Magdalene Home gives homeless teen girls and young women who are pregnant, parenting, or considering adoption a safe and supervised place to live.

Maslow Project

The Maslow Project empowers homeless youth ages 21 or younger and families with minor children who are currently, have recently or are at risk of becoming unhoused with food, hygiene, clothing, school supplies, education and housing navigation resources.

Octavia's Options

Octavia’s Options’ mission is to empower others and help them find safe and stable housing.  Additionally, they provide hygiene kits for the unhoused, rental and utility assistance to help prevent households from falling into homelessness, transportation assistance and more.

Rogue Retreat

Rogue Retreat provides participants who are experiencing homelessness with a range of innovative and creative housing and shelter programs and supportive wraparound services including alcohol and drug counseling, mental health, housing, job readiness and legal aid.

State Homeless Assistance Program (SHAP)

SHAP provides short-term financial assistance for youth who are experiencing homelessness. There are no income restrictions for receiving SHAP services.
